The planned asset is indicated on a scheduled basis at 9:00 a.m. on weekdays and public holidays. The nurse does not need to be available on site. For nurses, indicate the total area of responsibility, i.e. also, where applicable, the responsibility for persons with home care in ordinary housing with current care plans. This also includes those who rarely have interventions, as these are people who may need the nurse's assessment and measures.
