Description
Number of units that have achieved the indicator divided by all units in home care that have answered the survey questions. Based on the answer to the question: "Does the unit have a written and management-level procedure for working with permanent care contacts on 1 March?". Permanent care contact refers to the assistant nurse who has been specifically appointed to meet the individual's need for security, continuity, personalisation and coordination.
