Number of persons 65+ who, on 1/10, were granted home care services (including security alarms, food distribution, escorts or relief) in ordinary living on an individual basis or lived permanently in special forms of housing operated on an individual basis divided by a total number of persons 65+ who on 1/10 were granted home care in ordinary housing or lived permanently in special forms of housing multiplied by 100.
