Description
The number of unique people with pressure ulcers divided by the number of unique people in total within dementia units. The pressure ulcers included are categories 1-4: 1 - means redness of the skin that does not fade under pressure, 2 - Partial skin lesion, 3 - Full skin lesion, 4 - Deep full skin lesion. The key figure refers to all management, if measurements have been made on fewer than 6 people, this has been marked as confidential.
