Total actual employment rate of all monthly paid care and care staff for the elderly and persons with disabilities, divided by the total number of monthly municipally paid care and care for the elderly and persons with disabilities. Number of full-time employees in November. Full vacancies and employees of municipal associations/municipal companies are not included.
