Description
Share of foreign-born persons aged 18-64 among employees in care for the elderly and persons with disabilities divided by the proportion of foreign born persons aged 18-64 in the municipality’s population. The same proportion of foreign born persons among the employees in care for the elderly and persons with disabilities as in the municipality’s population gives the balance sheet number 1. A figure higher than 1 shows a higher share of foreign born among employees than in the population and a figure less than 1 shows, conversely, a lower proportion than in the population. Refers to municipal employees in the month of November.
