Description
Municipal purchases of care for the elderly, from associations and foundations, as a share of the cost of own commitment for care for the elderly (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Cost of own commitment is gross cost minus internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions.
