Gross cost less internal revenue and sales to other municipalities and regions for transport/return services, divided by the number of inhabitants in the municipality on 31/12. Refers to transport services and national travel services to the elderly and persons with disabilities provided under the Transport Service Act or the Act on National Travel Services. It refers to all directing.
