Description
Number of participants in SFI who have completed the course with passed grades, divided by the number of completed or interrupted course during the year. Participants whose courses continue in the next calendar year are excluded from the denominator. A course participant can be counted several times if he or she has participated in more than one course during the period. Refers to the commune.
