Number of participants in Komvux at basic level who have completed a course with passed grades, divided by the number of course participants who have completed or discontinued course in Komvux at the basic level. Course participants who have studied orientation courses, as well as course participants whose courses continue during the next calendar year are excluded from the denominator. A course participant can be counted several times if he or she has participated in more than one course during the period. Refers to the commune.
