Description
Number of persons in the municipality's activity responsibility, divided by the number of persons aged 16-19 as of 31/12. Through the municipal activity responsibility, the municipalities are obliged to pay attention to and offer initiatives to young people under the age of 20 who do not study in upper secondary school or undertake any equivalent education. Refers to the second half of year T-1 and the first half of year T. Data are available by gender breakdown.
