Number of pupils registered in the municipality who completed their upper secondary education with a degree from a university preparatory programme and who registered as a beginner at a university or university college during the same year, divided by the number of pupils registered in the municipality who completed their upper secondary education with a degree from a university preparatory programme during the year.
