Percentage of pupils who were registered in the municipality who completed elementary school from grade 9 in the spring and who were not found in upper secondary school in the autumn (referring to 15 October or nearby everyday life). The proportion is calculated as the ratio of all those who do not study in upper secondary school divided by all pupils who completed elementary school.
