Materials, services and other operating costs, SEK per pupil, in upper secondary school and adapted upper secondary school for schools that are part of municipal associations. Other costs include, for example: administration, costs of skills development other than salary costs for staff during the development of skills, scholarships, union work, student insurance costs, pupil assistants, speech teachers, school hosts, interpreters and leisure staff (e.g. leisure managers), costs for SYV (study and career counsellors). The municipalities that are part of the Association of Local and Regional Authorities all receive the same value because the calculation is based on all pupils attending upper secondary and adapted upper secondary schools in the Association of Local Authorities.
