Description
Purchase by the municipality of upper secondary school, from other municipalities incl. Gotland, as a share of cost of own commitment for upper secondary school (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Cost of own commitment is gross cost minus internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions.
