Other costs municipal upper secondary school, tkr divided by number of pupils in the municipality’s upper secondary schools. Other items include, for example, the Children’s and Education Administration or equivalent OH-costs to be allocated to the different types of school, administration, costs for skills development, excluding salary costs for staff during the development of skills, e.g. course fees, conferences, etc., costs for development work, scholarships, union work, student insurance costs, pupil assistants, speech teachers, school hosts, interpreters and leisure staff (e.g. leisure leaders), costs for SYV (study and career guidance), income from government grants including grants from the Migration Agency for asylum seekers.
