Purchase by the municipality of primary school F-9 (excl. after-school centres), from other municipalities incl. Gotland, as a share of the cost of own commitment for primary school F-9 (excl. after-school centres) (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform.
