Reference cost elementary school F-9, SEK/inv
Description
The reference cost for primary school incl. preschool class is reported in SEK per inhabitant on 31/12, and is based on the net cost of primary and pre-school class in the country, share of 6-15 year olds in the municipality, children 7-15 years old with a foreign background, additional costs for population changes over five years by 7-15-year-olds, assumptions of additional costs for small schools and school transport, additional costs for salaries according to the wage equalisation model for primary school and part of the standard costs for administration, heating and population reduction from the equalisation model for cross-activity costs. The difference between the reference cost and the standard cost for the primary school in the cost equalisation is, on the one hand, that the reference cost measures the structure in question, while the standard cost is based on the structure two years earlier. On the one hand, part of the standard cost of business-wide costs is included in the reference cost.
