Net cost of primary school, divided by number of inhabitants in total 31/12. Net cost means gross cost less gross revenue. Refers to primary school activities in years 1-9 (equivalent). Preschool class is not included. During the activity, purchases of activities for special schools and Sámi schools are also reported. It refers to all directing.
