Description
Cost of meals in primary school municipality, tkr divided by number of pupils in the municipality’s primary school. I'm going to go 1-9 the same. Refers to school meals (including staff, food, transport and materials), cafeteria, administrative costs (e.g. wage costs for school meal consultants and diet consultants), purchase of cooking or serving of a contractor independent from the municipality. Income from the supply of food to other activities is also recognised if costs for this activity are included in the school meal costs. Room costs for school meals are not reported here but under premises. Schools that purchase their school meals from mass caterers and pay a portion price shall exclude the cost of premises if they are included in the portion price. The data relates to calendar years, measured at 31 December. It refers to own direction.
