Gross cost – internal income + cost of school transport – sale of operations to other municipalities for primary school, divided by number of inhabitants in total 31/12. Refers to primary school activities in years 1-9 (equivalent). During the activity, purchases of activities for special schools and Sámi schools are also reported. It refers to all directing.
