Number of full-time employees with a pedagogical university degree (pre-school teacher, leisure educator and teacher education respectively) working with children in after-school centres divided by the total number of full-time employees in after-school centres up to 2018. As of 2019, the key figure is the proportion of full-time employees in leisure-time centres with a pedagogical university degree. The number of employees working with children has been converted into full-time equivalents using the service level of the municipality. The data refers to the academic year, measured 15/10.
