Number of journal titles (serial publications and periodicals) divided by number of inhabitants in total 31/12, multiplied by 1000. Journals include publications that are published at least four times a year. Refers only to public libraries (school libraries are not included, the municipalities that have jointly reported school libraries with the public libraries have been dashed).
