Description
Number of active borrowers in the library divided by number of residents in total 31/12, multiplied by 1000. Active borrowers are those who have carried out at least one transaction during the year. Refers only to public libraries (school libraries are not included, the municipalities that have jointly reported school libraries with the public libraries have been dashed). Data is available according to gender breakdown.
