Description
Municipal purchases of culture and leisure, from privately owned companies, as a share of cost of own commitment for culture and leisure (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Cost of own commitment is gross cost minus internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions.
