Completed property rights in single-family houses, number/1000 inv
Description
Number of ownership rights in single-family houses completed during the year divided by 1000 inhabitants. ‘Semi-detached’ means detached one- and two-dwelling buildings and semi-detached, terraced and chained houses (excluding holiday homes). All municipalities provide monthly information on building permits granted. The collection procedures are based on PBL. The information on completion shall primarily be based on the final decision that the developer must receive from the building committee for the building permit case.
