Description
Share of passenger cars in circulation on 31/12, in the geographical area of the fuel type plug-in hybrid. Plug-in hybrids have two engines: an internal combustion engine and an electric motor. Plug-in hybrid cars have a battery that can be charged from the power grid, but the battery does not last as far as that of the pure electric cars. Plug-in hybrids are also fuelled with petrol or, in some cases, diesel.
