In order to calculate the number of sales of holiday homes, the number of transfers is summed up.\nmeans single-family houses (type code 220) that had no population registered in the population during 4 quarters prior to the date of sale.\nThe definition of what counts as permanent residents or holiday homes changed slightly in 2015 which may affect comparisons over time.
