Description
In order to calculate the number of sales of single-family houses, the number of transfers is summed up. \n“single houses for permanent accommodation” means single-family houses (type code 220) that had a population registered in the population during 4 quarters prior to the date of sale.\nThe definition of what is considered permanent residents or holiday homes changed slightly in 2015 which may affect comparisons over time.
