Description
Includes single-family houses and multi-dwelling buildings. ‘Semi-detached’ means detached one- and two-dwelling buildings and semi-detached, terraced and chained houses (excluding holiday homes). Multi-dwelling buildings refer to residential buildings containing three or more apartments including loft-apartments. All municipalities provide monthly information on building permits granted. The collection procedures are based on PBL. The information on completion shall primarily be based on the final decision that the developer must receive from the building committee for the building permit case. Divided by number of inhabitants 31/12 multiplied by 1000.
