Description
Semi-detached houses refer to apartments owned by owners other than natural persons, estates or housing associations. Multi-dwelling buildings and other houses with tenancy rights refer to apartments that are not owner-occupied apartments and are owned by owners other than tenant-owner associations. Rental apartments in the form of special housing (housing for the elderly/disabled, student housing and other special housing) are also included. Apartment means all permanent accommodation.
