New dwellings close to public transport, share (%)
Description
Share of new dwellings (in the relevant reference year) in the geographical area, which has a busy stop within 500 metres. ‘Busped stop’ means, for all modes of traffic operated with at least one departure per hour, weekdays between 06:00 and 20:00. The distance to the stop is based on Bird Distance and does not take into account road and street networks. The geographical location of the stops has been combined with data on the number of apartments per building. The key figure follows up the environmental quality objective ‘Good built environment’, see also www.sverigesmiljomal.se.
