Gross cost less internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions for alcohol permits, etc., divided by the number of inhabitants of the municipality on 31/12. Relates to authorisation for the serving of alcoholic beverages. Licenses for slot machines, lottery permits and tobacco permits are also reported here. It refers to all directing.
