Description
Purchase by the municipality of the reception of refugees, from private providers, as a share of the cost of own commitment for the reception of refugees (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Cost of own commitment is gross cost minus internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions.
