Gross cost less internal revenue and sales to other municipalities and regions for other political activities, divided by the number of inhabitants in total 31/12. Refers to administration directly linked to the municipality’s political management function as meeting administration at board and board meetings, etc. linked to the political management, staff who mainly work directly against the municipal politicians as political secretaries, board secretaries or other general elections, bourgeois commissions, tax assessments, certain membership fees and the activities of the transfer administrator are included here.
