Description
Purchase by the municipality of specifically targeted interventions, from private providers, as a share of the cost of own commitment for specifically targeted interventions (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Cost of own commitment is gross cost minus internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions.
