Description
Purchase of infrastructure and protection by the municipality, from private providers, as a share of the cost of own commitment for infrastructure and protection (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Cost of own commitment is gross cost minus internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions.
