Description
Municipal purchases of short-term housing for the elderly, from private providers, as a share of the cost of own commitment for short-term housing for the elderly (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Cost of own commitment is gross cost minus internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions.
