The municipality's purchase of interventions for persons with disabilities, from public providers, as a share of the cost of own commitment for interventions for persons with disabilities within SoL, LSS and SFB (excl. compensation from Försäkringskassan). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Cost of own commitment is gross cost minus internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions.
