Description
Municipal purchases of preschool, total, as a share of cost of own commitment for preschool total (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Cost of own commitment is gross cost minus internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions.
