LSS net equalisation, kr/inv 1 Nov fg year
Description
The municipality’s fee or contribution to the equalisation system for LSS costs per inhabitant in total on 1/11 of the year preceding the equalisation year. Refers to the amount decided by the Riksdag in December of the year preceding the equalisation year. Negative values mean that the municipality pays a fee and positive values mean that the municipality receives a subsidy within the system. The municipality’s contribution/fee to the system is calculated on the basis of how many people have decisions on intervention according to the LSS (excluding advice and support) and a personnel cost index.
