LSS equalisation municipality, SEK/inv

The municipality’s fee or contribution to the equalisation system for LSS costs according to the income statement, SEK divided by the number of inhabitants in total 31/12 equalisation year. Negative values mean that the municipality pays a fee and positive values mean that the municipality receives a subsidy within the system. The municipality’s contribution/fee to the system is calculated on the basis of how many people have decisions on intervention according to the LSS (excluding advice and support) and a personnel cost index.
