Number of refugees received under the compensation Ordinance 2010:1122 on state compensation for interventions for certain foreigners, for which a municipality has started to receive compensation from the Swedish Migration Agency (Statistics shows only those first received in a municipality. Transferred, with or without the help of the Public Employment Service, are not included). Foreign nationals who have been granted a residence permit in Sweden are counted as refugees, persons in need of protection, after particularly distressing circumstances or as relatives. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
