Employees foreign born, municipality, balance sheet
Description
Share of foreign-born persons aged 18-64 among the municipality’s employees divided by the proportion of foreign born persons aged 18-64 in the municipality’s population. The same proportion of foreign born among the municipal employees as in the municipality’s population gives the balance sheet number 1. A figure higher than 1 shows a higher share of foreign born among employees than in the population and a figure less than 1 shows, conversely, a lower proportion than in the population. Refers to municipal employees in November according to HÖK.
