Description
Number of permanent employees divided by number of permanent employees in the previous year, multiplied by 100 for accounting as a percentage. Those who were permanent employees in the municipality in the year T-1 but not in year T. In this case, permanent employees only refer to monthly paid employees. Refers to municipal employees in November. Employees of municipal associations/municipal companies are not included. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
