Description
Number of new permanent employees divided by number of permanent employees in the previous year, multiplied by 100 for accounting as a percentage. New are those who are permanently employed in the municipality in year T but not in year T-1. Permanent employees here only refer to monthly paid employees. Refers to municipal employees in November. Employees of municipal associations/municipal companies are not included. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
