Description
Standard cost (SEK/inv 1 Nov fg year) for infrastructure and protection under the municipal levelling system. The standard cost is calculated on the basis of population decline, backlog effects, heating, construction costs, and administration. New cost equalisation from 2020 will affect standard costs from 2020.
