Description
Number of full-time employees in management, development and support. Both monthly and hourly paid are included. The number of full-time employees is calculated using the actual employment rate of monthly paid employees and hours worked by hourly paid employees. Annual workers indicate how many employees the municipality would have had if the actual employment rate for monthly paid and hours worked for hourly paid employees were added up to full-time employment. Refers to municipal employees in the month of November according to HÖK. Employees of municipal associations/communal companies are not included.
