SUMMARY
This dataset contains the results of health inspections conducted by the Department of Public Health from 2020 to 2023. It includes the name and location of each facility inspected, the facility status (Pass, Conditional Pass, or Closure) after the inspection, and violations observed.
HOW THIS DATASET IS CREATED
After inspecting a facility, a Health Inspector assigns a facility status based on observed violations and their health risk.
