Health Care Entity Inspections and Findings
Description
The Health Facilities Division of the Department of Inspections and Appeals maintains inspection reports and final findings of complaint investigations for a wide variety of health care entities in the State of Iowa. Those entities for which these reports are available include long-term care facilities such as nursing facilities, residential care facilities and intermediate care facilities, as well as assisted living program.
